Kathi Schildt - Owner & President
Kathi founded AAM in October 2010. With over 28 years of trade association and office management experience and a Master's degree in Management from Doane University, she is always the first pick in the board room schoolyard. Her top priority for all her clients is member services and she specializes in board facilitation. Kathi co-owns the company with her husband/office maintenance man, Rod Schildt. They reside in Pleasant Dale on their family dairy farm and have four children, one granddaughter, and three dogs.
Kylie Schildt - Account Executive
Kylie Schildt joined the AAM team in October 2013. She graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Management. She previously worked as Senior Bank Specialist at Cabela’s World's Foremost Bank and as the marketing coordinator for the LUX Center for the Arts. Kylie has a background in graphic design, print and web marketing, web development, event and meeting support, social media development, content marketing and public relations services. Kylie works remotely from her home in Kansas City, Missouri along with her trusty assistant, Camp, her Brittany spaniel pup.
Taylor Moore - Senior Account Executive
Taylor Moore joined the AAM team in August of 2017. Taylor graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport & Event Management. Taylor was a basketball player on the University of South Dakota Women’s team during all four years at the University. She previously worked as an Operations Associate at Crete Carrier Corporation and an Intern for the Argus Event Staffing. Taylor has a background in graphic design, event and meeting support and marketing. She never misses a beat on the court or in the office.
Jennifer Eurek - Account Executive
Jennifer graduated from the University of Nebraska – Kearney with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Social Work and a minor in Gerontology. She has over 17 years of association management experience working with the Nebraska Hospice and Palliative Care Association and Nebraska Health Care Association. Jennifer received the NHPCA State Impact Award in March of 2018 and has served on several Board of Directors in Nebraska.
Megan Benes - Account Executive
Megan graduated from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, Tourism, Management with an emphasis in Event Coordinator and a minor in Communication. She has previously been employed as the Event Coordinator at Elite Events Rental and as a Sales Support Coordinator for the advertising department at the Lincoln Journal Star. Megan also has a background is working in a variety of hospitality atmospheres including hotels, arena’s and restaurants. Her passion for events, customer service and problem solving is her drive and inspirations. When she’s not working, you can find her on a sand volleyball court, biking or spending time with her pup and husband, Brent.
Emily Stolpe – Account Coordinator
Emily joined the AAM team in August 2018. She will graduate from the University of Nebraska –Lincoln in December 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management emphasizing Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Emily served as the vice president of a student-run organization at UNL and is currently wrapping up an internship at Elite Events Rental. Throughout her leadership experiences in college, Emily became highly proficient in problem solving, organization, time management, and customer service. When she isn’t working, you will find Emily traveling, watching football, and spending time with family and friends and her husband Andrew.
