In 2012, AAM remodeled over 3,000 square feet of office space for staff and training. The property is owned by Rod and Kathi Schildt and provides a full range of membership services including database management; various methods of communication; member recruitment and retention; meeting management, including conference planning, logistics, negotiations; and full-time office support.
AAM will provide a fully-equipped headquarters located in a business oriented property with easy access just off I-80 and 20 minutes west of Lincoln. The AAM office has onsite/free parking and a large boardroom with cutting edge office technology and software for training and strategic planning and a full kitchen available for onsite lunches/breaks. Our boardroom has “team board” capabilities and Wi-Fi technology to serve technology needs during meetings. The boardroom and kitchen may be used at no cost to clients of AAM for training, meetings, etc.
Each Association is provided a storage area, which is completely enclosed from office guests. Staff will provide filing services and store all Association documents, materials and records as outlined by the Association’s retention guidelines.
AAM also has a Disaster Recovery Plan, which provides a written and tested plan directing the information system recovery process in the event of an interruption in continuous service resulting from an unplanned and unexpected disaster.
